Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to cancel their order after it has been confirmed, up to the end of the withdrawal period at the latest.

With effect from receipt of the product by the Customer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period in which you may return the delivered product, without giving any specific reasons.

If the deliveries are staggered over a defined period, the deadline runs from receipt of the last item in the order.

If the Customer makes use of this withdrawal right within 14 days from receipt of the product, the Seller undertakes to refund the Customer immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the products are received.

The refund will be made via the same payment method as the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

The return postal costs will be borne by the Customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by sending a letter to: Mantion SAS, 7 rue Gay Lussac, 25000 Besançon, France, or by email to mymantion@mantion.com

Confirmation acknowledging receipt of this return request will be sent by email.

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories), accompanied by the purchase invoice, without any excessive delay, and in all cases within 14 days of sending the withdrawal form. This deadline is deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before expiry of the 14-day deadline.

The Customer will only be held liable for depreciation of the product due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
